Ground Floor:

  • Western Side:
    • There are 2 rooms, one small hall, and a store room located on this side.
  • Central Section:
    • A large hall is centrally positioned, connecting the rooms on both sides.
    • The hall features walls adorned with various types of paintings, including floral designs.
    • At the front and back of the hall, there are two verandahs.
    • Adjacent to these verandahs, on both sides, are open courtyards.
  • Eastern Side:
    • There are 2 bathrooms and one latrine located on the eastern side, next to the verandah.
    • Two staircases provide access to the first floor:
      • One staircase originates from the western courtyard.
      • Another is a round iron staircase adjacent to the latrine on the eastern side.

First Floor:

  • Room Layout:
    • There are 6 rooms on this floor:
      • 2 rooms and a small hall on the eastern side.
      • 2 rooms and a store room on the western side.
      • In between, there is a large central hall.
  • Verandah & Balcony:
    • A verandah runs along the southern side of the first floor.
    • There is also a balcony that offers additional outdoor space.

Roof:

  • On the roof of the first floor, there is a summer house and a wooden roof covering the staircase area.
  • The roof floor is covered with colored chips of white, grey, green, and red.

Building Materials:

  • The building is constructed using high-quality marble, Jodhpur stone, lime, and plaster of Paris.
  • The doors and windows are made from Sheesham wood, and they feature ornamented glass.
  • The floor tiles are made of white marble.
